From afar, the mountains appear as a hazy deep green mass. A neighboring ridge glows with clusters of vibrant emerald, and as you step deeper into the forest, the leaves and moss greet you with a fresh, vivid green.

Light and shadow give the green of the mountains a lively language of their own—just like a gradient that brings gentle transitions, never abrupt, always adding richness and depth.

Kaii is a top-down raglan cardigan that comes in two versions: BFL and Fade.

The BFL version features a light-to-dark gradient, complete with front pockets and ribbed cuffs and hem for a relaxed and casual feel.

The Fade version shifts from the darkest to the lightest shade, with softly faded edges on every border, creating an elegant and airy impression.

Color transitions in this cardigan are kept simple using slip stitches. As long as you maintain an even tension—neither too tight nor too loose—the stitch pattern will stay smooth and beautiful. It’s the perfect opportunity to fully enjoy the visual richness and joy that gradient colorwork offers.
